After-sales Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Micsig products!

Shenzhen Micsig Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Micsig”) formulates its after-sales service policy for terminal products in strict accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant regulations. You may return, exchange, or have your product repaired in accordance with the provisions and terms set forth in this policy, and Micsig will provide you with the corresponding services.

I. Warranty Coverage

This service policy applies only to Micsig products sold through official channels within Chinese Mainland. For products purchased from authorized third-party distributors, please contact the relevant distributor directly for after-sales handling.

II. Warranty Documentation

The product warranty card, sales invoice, and serial number (SN) printed on the main unit (if applicable) serve as valid warranty credentials. Please keep these documents properly.

III. Warranty Services

Under normal operation and maintenance conditions, if the product develops functional failures caused by non-human factors such as defective raw materials, craftsmanship, or manufacturing flaws within the valid warranty period, we solemnly promise to provide the following three guarantees services:

(1) 7-Day Free Return, Exchange, and Repair Service

Within seven calendar days (including the 7th day) upon receipt of goods, if the product suffers non-human-induced functional failures, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement with an identical model and specification, or free repair service.

(2) 15-Day Exchange and Repair Service

From the 8th to the 15th day (including the 15th day) upon receipt of goods, if the product suffers non-human-induced functional failures, you may opt for replacement with an identical model and specification, or free repair service.

(3) Free Repair Within the Warranty Period

If the product develops functional failures caused by non-human factors during the warranty period, simply contact Micsig After-Sales Support, and we will arrange free repair service for you.
